What I bring to the table: Over 20 years of experience in international marketing have strongly influenced my understanding of internal and external communication. My work has involved building major brands, developing corporate identities, customer relationship management (CRM) and current topics such as agile working. My training as a business coach and trainer matches my strengths: I enjoy helping people to recognize their talents and strengths and to make full use of them on their career path.
What sets me apart: When I’m working on a topic, I have quite a few tabs open at the same time – even in my head! The reason: I like to look at everything from different perspectives first. The aim is then to structure everything sensibly and gradually work through it yourself or delegate it until the last tab can be closed again.
How I keep fit: With yoga. I also teach yoga.
What I surprise people with: I am very interested in interior design. That’s why there’s always a building site somewhere in our home, because there’s always a room that needs to be even more beautiful or cozy or practical or simply different.
What I laugh about: When someone laughs tears, I just have to laugh along – even if I don’t know what it’s about.
